United States Shipping

Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on customs, carrier processing, and delivery location.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is included with your selected shipping method.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, please contact us if you experience an issue, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier where possible.
