For hygiene and safety reasons, all press-on nail sets are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Colour differences due to screen settings or lighting
• Opened or used items
• Custom or made-to-order sets

Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit if you are unsure of your size.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
